Author Note: The story behind this is Rukia's gunna be having a baby and so Byakuya wants to paint a baby room. : D Can you imagine? And yes, the Seaweed Ambassador does have a sword called Senbonwakama. I DID NOT MAKE THAT UP. I'll have to find that thing. It's so cute. Needs subtitles.
