Author Note: We are all aware how effeminate Sugino-sama is, if you've seen a picture of him. At first, even translators couldn't tell if Sugino was a boy or a girl. When I first watched Tactics, I wasn't sure, even after I heard Vic Mignogna (or however it's spelt), speak through him. Anyway, I was looking at doujinshi and there was one of him in this outfit and I couldn't resist. xD Poor Sugino-sama.
Summary: Youko decides that she'll teach Sugino-sama the 'Ways of Seduction'!
