Author Notes: That part actually got to me. I wasn't a big fan, but it really got me. xD it was a sweet scene.

She died, once.
She died filled with hatred and sadness. When her life escaped her, she was a mere shadow of her former glory. Her heart had been stolen, twisted, ripped out and stomped by the one person she thought she could love.
And then that horrible day continued to repeat itself, her life renewed by a witch and her soul split between two bodies. Her heart, though now nonexistent, still beat for him, in spite of it all. She was unable to deny it, unable to dash all the emotions and become as cold as her newly molded flesh.
But now... now, there is something different. She bears no grudge. The soul that had found two homes, that had been in so much turmoil until just moments ago, is now at rest. It is at peace with this end because she knows that she's done her part. Her long journey is over. She can finally sleep...
Inuyasha's tears, as sweet as they are, tear at her clay heart. She's given this second life a chance. It isn't the way she wants it to end, but this time, she can finally rest in peace. Her second chance has brought what every lost soul desires...
