Author Notes: Finally, number four! xD Nothing special about this one, just almost forgot about updating.
Summary: This life in the dark is consuming a soul he can't say he has.

Once the sun has set and the stars twinkle in the sky, it is their time. The darkness welcomes them in its cold embrace. They don’t need the light to hunt.
Everyone is split into three groups to find suitable food sources. His mouth waters desperately at the sight of a healthy young woman walking down the street, perfectly alone, blonde hair shining in the light of the street lamps.
“I’ll do it,” Karman growls in his ear, lurching forward.
He shivers at the exerted power it takes for him to sneak around and capture her, the scent of blood carried on the cool breeze.
“Hurry up, Moses!”
The moon can reach through the night and break its hold on those who stalk its darkest reaches, but he cannot feel anything but remorse. The dark deeds they have committed will consume them all, but it’s all they know to do and it’s all they can do until the very end.
